Getting To Know The Bosses!

For our major project in L&S11 (Principles of Management), we are required to interview managers in different sectors. For our group, our sector is the banking sector.

Looks familiar 'eh? 

As instructed, each member must interview 1 manager, so we, having 5 members, have to interview 5 people from different banks (not just different branches, but different banks).

We have interviewed 2 already. One is the Branch Head of PSBank San Juan Branch and the other is the Senior Assistant Vice President in one of the departments of the Banco de Oro. 

Interviewing the branch head of PSBank was very entertaining yet informative.  Most of his responses are based on his experiences.  He even shared a bit of his personal life attached to his career. The same with the Senior AVP of BDO, who gave us brief information on the financial operations of the bank (budgeting, financial goals, etc). They even received recognitions as best financial planning group.

By the way, the Senior AVP of BDO is looking for graduates who wants to be a financial analyst in the said bank.  He/She will be joining the planning team/top group. Email to me your CV (gabriellorenzosantos@gmail.com).
